DELIVERY

Delivery possible worldwide. The delivery times indicated below concern mainland France.

Products are shipped no later than 48 hours after the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries are made to the address indicated when placing the order which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature, or by CHRONOPOST for the express option. They can also be made via Mondial Relay at the collection point of your choice. The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 days via Colissimo and Mondial Relay and 24 to 48 hours via Chronopost. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman for colissimo or chronopost deliveries. If the buyer is absent, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, during a period indicated by the postal services.

Personal delivery is possible in Paris-centre, Beaubourg district.

For this, you have a period of 14 days to return your items. Returned parts must be packaged in their original packaging, accompanied by their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must appear on the garment as they were upon delivery. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products will be refunded, via the payment method used when ordering. The refund will take place within 5 days after receipt of your shipment.

To return your package, please send us an email to the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. It is imperative to include in this email: your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo label, to stick on your package. The package must be packaged in such a way that no damage to the garment can occur. It must be dropped off at the post office within 8 days of the return request.
