Les Militantes Gift Card

Article 1 – Definitions
The terms used in these general conditions of sale and use have the following meaning:

General Conditions of Sale and Use or General Conditions:
These general conditions of sale and use apply to each purchase or use of the Gift Card.

Gift Card or Card:
Credit card for a certain amount (minimum 50 euros) which can be used as a means of payment on the LES MILITANTES website (lesmilitantes.com)

Client(s)
Natural person(s) who purchase(s) on the Website

Part(s):
The Client and/or THE ACTIVISTS.

Article 2 – Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale and Use of the LES MILITANTES Gift Card govern all relations between:

- On the one hand, LES MILITANTES Company, SASU with share capital of 20,000 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 89015828000010, whose head office is located at 165 rue Saint-Martin 75003 PARIS
- On the other hand, any natural person who purchases or uses a LES MILITANTES Gift Card.
The General Conditions are intended to describe the terms and conditions of sale and use of Gift Cards between LES MILITANTES and their Customers.

Any purchase or use of the Gift Card implies pure and simple acceptance of these General Conditions, which are provided to the Customer upon request. They express the entirety of the obligations and rights of the Parties.
LES MILITANTES reserves the right to modify its General Conditions at any time. The applicable General Conditions are those in force on the date of purchase of the Card by the Customer.

Article 3 – Gift Card
Thanks to the amount credited to the Gift Card, the Customer will be able to use this means of payment to pay for all the goods on the LES MILITANTES website.

Article 4 – Gift Card purchase process
The Gift Card is on sale on the Website.
The purchase of a Gift Card using Gift Cards is not accepted.

4.1. Order on the Website
Gift Cards can be credited in one go when purchasing on the website. The Customer must choose from the following amounts: €50, €100, €150, €200, €250, €300, €350, €400, €450 and €500.

After making the online payment, the Gift Card is sent electronically to the customer's email address.

Article 5 – Characteristics of the Gift Card
The Gift Card is not nominative.
The Gift Card can be used once or several times until its balance is used up. No change will be given for a purchase of goods for an amount less than the amount of the value of the Card or the amount of the balance remaining on the Gift Card.
In the event that the Gift Card does not fully cover the amount of the purchases, it is possible to complete the payment by another means of payment accepted on the website.
The Gift Card is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.

Article 6 – Payment
6.1. Amounts invoiced
Gift Cards are billed in euros.
The amount credited to the Gift Card must be paid in full upon purchase.
6.2. Accepted payment methods
Payment for the Gift Card can be made using the payment methods authorized on the website.

A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.


Article 8 – Return and refund
8.1. Return
In the event of return of the goods paid for using the Gift Card, the related amount(s) will be refunded on a new Gift Card.
8.2. Reimbursement
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged, resold, credited to a card or bank account, nor give rise to monetary compensation in any form whatsoever, in whole or in part.

Article 9 – Rights and withdrawal periods
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a distance sale of a Gift Card on the Website, the Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the order to exercise his legal right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision. This right applies provided that the Gift Card has not been used in whole or in part before the expiry of this period. Indeed, in this case no right of withdrawal or reimbursement in any form whatsoever is provided.

Article 10 – Contact and Complaints
These General Conditions are subject to French law.
Transactions recorded by LES MILITANTES computer systems constitute proof of transactions actually carried out using the Card.

In the event of a dispute over the balance of the Card following its use, any complaints must be sent, within 3 (three) months from the disputed transaction, to LES MILITANTES customer service, attaching proof of purchase, to the following email address, which will handle and monitor the claim: hello@lesmilitantes.com
