Its waist is elasticated at the back. An ultra soft elastic chosen with care, so that you don't feel it.

Like all our pants, it is offered in 2 morphologies, Haliade and Oréade when pre-ordering. Refer to the size guide to know which one to choose, and feel good and beautiful in your pants.
At the end of pre-orders, only the Haliade version will be available on the site.

DELIVERY

Delivery possible worldwide. The delivery times indicated below concern mainland France. Shipments are made no later than 48 hours after ordering. The delivery times indicated below concern Metropolitan France

Deliveries are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature, or by CHRONOPOST for the express option. They can also be made via Mondial Relay at the collection point of your choice. The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 days via Colissimo and Mondial Relay and 24 to 48 hours via Chronopost. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman for colissimo or chronopost deliveries. If the buyer is absent, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, during a period indicated by the postal services.

Personal delivery is possible in Paris-centre, Beaubourg district.

Les Militantes offer you the return costs for any order placed in mainland France.

For this, you have a period of 14 days to return your items. Returned parts must be packaged in their original packaging, accompanied by their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must appear on the garment as they were upon delivery. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products will be refunded, via the payment method used when ordering. The refund will take place within 5 days after receipt of your shipment.

To return your package, please send us an email to the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. It is imperative to include in this email: your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo label, to stick on your package. The package must be packaged in such a way that no damage to the garment can occur. It must be dropped off at the post office within 8 days of the return request.
