DELIVERY

Delivery possible worldwide.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by Mondial Relay, or by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature, or by CHRONOPOST for the express option. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The company Les Militantes provides the buyer with the tracking number of their package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman or to the relay point he has previously chosen. For deliveries made by post and in the absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, during a period indicated by postal services.

Personal delivery is possible in Paris-centre, Beaubourg district.

Les Militantes offer you the return costs if your location is France.

To do this, you have 14 days to return your items. Returned parts must be packaged in their original packaging, accompanied by their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must appear on the garment as they were upon delivery. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products will be refunded, via the payment method used when ordering. The refund will take place within 5 days after receipt of your shipment.

To return your package, please send us an email to the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. It is imperative to include in this email: your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo or Mondial Relay label, to stick on your package. The package must be packaged in such a way that no damage to the garment can occur. It must be dropped off at a post office or relay point within 8 days of the return request.
